New York Fashion Week

//Lovely pictures by Tommy Ton for Style.

So much talk and tweets about NYFW. I can't wait to find the time to sit down in front of my lappie to scour the collections. Any favourites of yours that I shouldn't miss?

Celine Luggage Bag

Leighton Meester looking uber chic with a black/cream combination.

I know this bag has been out in the market for a while. I didn't pay much attention to it, until yesterday when I saw it hanging off another girl's arm. Gorgeous! Such sleekness and chicness. (I want! An all black or black/leopard print please.)

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you all had a happy, kissy smoochy, huggie one. :)

This year, I realised, it's not the flowers, the presents or the fancy dinners. It's who you're with that matters most, and even the simplest affair could make you feel like you're the happiest and luckiest girl in the universe.

***Happy Valentine's baby! I love you! xoxo

Look of the Day

Love the look of having jersey basics tucked into skirts/pants/shorts and layered with outerwear.

My favourite shoe store Pedder Red is having their final reductions sale! I love this pair of wedges so much, I went and got myself another pair... just in case my 1st pair wears out. It's going at 60% off. Just awesome.

Voyage de La Vie

I went to watch 'Voyage de La Vie' at Resorts World today again for possibly the 5th time (I think?) with my mum and our visitor from Indonesia. They've got a new magic act and have made even more changes to the show. I'm still really enjoying watching it despite having seen it so many times, and of course the boy's singing in the show is awesome. Go watch it if you haven't seen it already!

The boy gave my mum the rose at the end of the show. It made her smile. :)

This is what I wore! The shorts I have on will be released on Pink Flare at the end of this month. I love that I get first pick! :D

Happy Bunny New Year!

I've been having a lovely time spending Chinese New Year with my family and friends.

Here's wishing everyone a fabulous, healthy, prosperous and happy bunny year ahead!

Old Playgrounds

The boy and I were running errands around Clementi when we stumbled upon this old looking playground that looks like its been abandoned by children who have moved on to shiner, newer grounds. You don't see much of these sand, tiled walls and simple slides at playgrounds anymore. It's mostly rubbery mat floors (I think that's what they are now?) and complicated looking contraptions.

So, we decided to reminisce our childhood a little by taking some pictures and fool around the slides.

I've grown a lot taller since!

I can't remember what I was laughing at now.

This is my newest ring. I love of course, that it's a leopard (strange obsession I've got with leopards. The boy thinks I'm going to be one of those aunties sporting super loud and gaudy looking leopard printed clothes next time! -_-), and that it comes in 3 parts - tail, paws and head.

I want to Live...

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
